c) 500 will be paid in advance if your order is more than 10000 rupees.

5. Returns and Exchanges
a) We accept returns and exchanges within 10-15 days of the delivery date, provided that the Products are in their original condition with tags attached and are accompanied by proof of purchase.
b) Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective Product.
