a) To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags attached.
b) Returns and exchanges are subject to approval and must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• items that are not with attached tags
• items that are not in the original packaging

4. Return Shipping
a) Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective Product.
5. Refunds
a) Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the account number customer will provide to our representative
b) Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges

b) Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
c) 250 delivery charge will be applicable
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
a) In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt for assistance. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.
